Return Circumstances

We guarantee total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused items (or items that are subsequently found to have factory defects – thankfully a rare occurrence! In this circumstance you have the option of a full refund or replacement of the item) within 30 days of delivery for a prompt refund.

You will be refunded for the merchandise total and applicable sales tax paid. 

We operate an honesty policy as we believe the vast majority of people want to do the right thing. If you have accidentally damaged your product within the 30-day period, or alternatively in the unusual event the product becomes defective after 30 days, still talk to us.

We may be able to advise how to fix the damage or even have sample stock that we may be able to offer to you at cost price.

If your product has an advertised warranty on it (normally greater than 30 days - our own brand products often come with this warranty), and this period is still active, contact us and we will promptly replace the item or refund you as you wish.

Returns Process

Return shipping charges will be pre-paid by us if the product has been found to be defective or faulty. We will then send you a pre-paid return address postage label by email. 

YOU WILL NEED A PRINTER TO PRINT THE PREPAID RETURN LABEL

If you do not have access to a printer please do let us know and we can work around that issue (it may take slightly longer to return the product but we can sort it out – nothing is impossible!)

If you would like to return a product because of a change of mind, this is accepted provided the product is returned in it's original packaging and is unused and undamaged. You will be liable for return postage costs. The return address is as follows:

When returning the item, inside the box please include your contact information, the order number/date and the exact reason for the return.

Processing the refund

Please allow 5 business days for us to process your refund once we have received your returned item (if you have requested an exchange we will notify you within this period, once we have shipped the replacement).

If you have paid by PayPal, refunds will be within the 5 days mentioned above for processing the refund. If you have paid by credit card, please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to show up on your credit card statement.

Please ensure that the package is fully sealed before shipping.
